Briana graduated with a Masters Degree from The University of Oklahoma’s Physician Assistant program in 2013, after studying Psychology at Oklahoma State University. After practicing as a surgical PA for 8 years, she began to reignite her interest in psychology after seeing her own family struggle to find true or complete benefit from traditional mental health treatments.
Briana completed a Psycho-Spiritual Integration certificate along with a Nutrition for Mental Health course from Being True to You in 2022. She subsequently enrolled in Naropa University’s Psychedelic Assisted Therapies Graduate Certificate program, graduating in December of 2022. Included in Naropa’s program was also training from the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) in MDMA-Assisted Psychotherapy. Briana continually deepens her knowledge via training courses and conferences year-round.
Briana followed a calling to return to her True self, and also guides patients to return to Self through the wisdom of their Inner Healing Intelligence. She also acknowledges with respect the Indigenous Wisdom that has been shared from generations of healers.
Briana believes daily life should contribute to wellness – valuing health, nutrition and lifestyle. Psychedelic experiences (and other life changing experiences) can be integrated into daily life in a way that we remain grounded while simultaneously connected to our Higher Self.
I received my Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Colorado State University, and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis University.
Throughout my career, I have worked in various settings such as community service organizations, private practice, and a psychiatric hospital. I also spent 3 years in England working for social services, which offered me significant professional and personal experience.
My role at Klarisana has been my greatest honor. Working with psychedelic medicine is unique and awe-inspiring. I aim to provide a welcoming, safe space where you can fully be yourself. I believe we all have the capacity to grow, learn, and change, and have innate strengths to draw upon. I take a person-centered approach that considers your needs and personality, while incorporating evidence-based modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and strength-based therapy. Wherever you are in your journey, I would be honored to be alongside you.
My personal interests include my love of being a mom, quality time with family and friends, puzzles, documentaries, and stand-up comedy.

Rachel is dedicated to helping patients find relief physically, mentally and spiritually, offering compassionate and evidence-based care. An adventurer at heart, she has hiked all 58 of Colorado’s 14ers and, in 2017, spent six months walking from Mexico to Canada on the Pacific Crest Trail. She brings this same resilience and dedication to her practice, supporting patients on their journey toward healing and well-being.
I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to helping individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered in their mental health journey.
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and mood disorders, and I understand how overwhelming it can feel to take the first step toward healing. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can collaborate on a treatment plan that feels right for you.
My background includes both critical care and psychiatric nursing, including frontline experience as an ICU nurse during the COVID-19 pandemic—an experience that deepened my compassion and commitment to mental health care. I incorporate evidence-based approaches and innovative treatments like ketamine-assisted therapy for individuals navigating treatment-resistant conditions, always tailoring care to meet your unique needs and goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy fitness, traveling, interior design, thrifting, and spending time outdoors. I’m also currently learning to play golf! I strive to bring the same sense of curiosity, balance, and creativity into my clinical practice as I do in my personal life.
If you’re looking for a supportive provider who will truly listen and walk alongside you in your healing, I’d be honored to be part of your care.

My goal is to contribute meaningfully to the healing journey of every client we serve—while also continuing to learn, grow, and collaborate with the talented team at Klarisana.
