I specialize in helping people navigate the effects of traumatic events, reparent their inner child, and reconstruct identities from a place of self-compassion, wisdom, personal values, and conscious choices.

I provide a warm and compassionate safe space to meet you where you’re at and walk alongside you to create a wholehearted life as your favorite Self.

My counseling approach considers your needs and personality while incorporating theory and techniques from client-centered, cognitive behavioral, strength-based, and solution-focused therapy. Together we will work to make positive changes in your life, working in a holistic manner that addresses the mind, body, emotions, spirit, and social environment.

I look forward to connecting with you!
