I utilize a holistic, non-direct, client-centered, and strengths-based therapeutic style.  I am equipped with a unique and personalized combination of cognitive and experiential techniques such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based techniques, inner child work, attachment-based interventions, and approach clients with a trauma-focused lens.

I specialize in helping people navigate the effects of traumatic events, reparent their inner child, and reconstruct identities from a place of self-compassion, wisdom, personal values, and conscious choices.

I provide a warm and compassionate safe space to meet you where you’re at and walk alongside you to create a wholehearted life as your favorite Self.

After living with Major Depressive Disorder and PTSD for my entire life, ketamine is the only treatment that gives me true, real, and lasting relief. Ketamine has kept me out of psychiatric hospitals for years when nothing else could. I recommend ketamine treatment and Klarisana to everybody I know, and meet, who suffer from depression. It’s an absolute miracle drug, it is exactly like hitting a reset button to your brain, it’s amazing!
